The right to return the eSIM cards will be revoked once the delivery has taken place, due to the fact that each cards was activated and registered with the lokal network operator. Therefore all charges are paid and cannot be recovered.

- A must have for a trip to Europe!This eSIM card was great to have for my recent trip to Europe. I was able to navigate to and from my hotel to restaurants and local attractions using the GPS and a couple of travel apps on my iPhone. I scanned it into my iPhone and as soon as I arrived in Europe, it worked! I set the APN as described in the instructions. Also, I made sure that roaming was on and that the data settings were set to 4G. I was able to get 4G service throughout Italy and 4GB of data was plenty for my 10 day trip. 4 GB should be enough for a couple of weeks abroad if you are primarily using it for GPS and web browsing. Be careful with streaming video that might put you over the 4G provided. For the price, speed and security provided by this eSIM it was a great value for me. I will be purchasing again.

- It works!I recently was on a multi-country trip, and this eSIM was really helpful. It is easier in some countries than others to get a SIM card quickly as a traveler. Although this can be a more expensive option in some cases, if you are using this for a short trip, it can also be more convenient.

- Worked well in France and at home in UKI bought this together with a new tablet for holiday use initially, in France. Once I realised that you need to turn on both data service and data roaming , it performed as well as the signal would allow.

- Good roaming optionHad ordered to use for roaming abroad (italy /Portugal) worked well both the places... If you don't have free roaming on your phone then good option to have from before rather than go searching for local Sims where you travel
