- Easy and less expensive than buying a SIM at the airportBought this for a trip to Scotland.
Traveling around Scotland I got good 4G LTE service everywhere there was signal to be had. Many times I was able to get service when someone else in our group who had Vodafone service was unable to get any signal at all. Overall I got LTE service in Inverness, Skye (in populated areas), Ft. Williams, and Edinburgh.
Activation was easy, just scan the ESIM in the hotspot and turn it on. Wait a couple of minutes for the network to connect and do some handshaking and you are good to go.Posted on
